Bimetal Bushings are built from regular material equivalent to SAE Standards (SAE 797 & SAE 799). The material is hard and shock resistant and therefore has a high fatigue strength. This is suitable for high-speed hardened shafts of oscillating or rotating motion.

The company manufactures high precision bimetal bushings with complex oil grooves and oil holes. Apart from these, ball indended, diamond indended, both un-bored and pre-finished (bored) bimetal bushings are also manufactured. These bimetal bushes are manufactured from sintered bimetal strips, which are blanked to form bushes.

The company can develop and manufacture bimetal bushes ranging from:

Outer Diameter: 10 mm to 100 mm

Length: 10 mm to 100 mm

Wall thickness: 1.4 mm to 5 mm

With a precision of 20 microns in OD, 0.4mm in ID and 0.6mm in Length of un-bored bushings.

For bored / pre-finished bushings, upto ±0.01 mm of wall thickness can be supplied.
